I got 72% in class XII Science and in pcm I got 62% can I get any govt. College of B.Sc?

It depend on university and college cut off also. if you apply through a reserve category then surely you can get seat in govt. college if the selection is based on merit basis. if in which college you want to apply they have entrance test then selection is based on your performance in test.

It entirely depends on the universities cut off. if they have entrance, its good that u have a chance.
