    SASTRA admissions in B.Tech programs are based on 12th and JEE-Main marks. SASTRA calculate the merit by using following formula as 12th% x 0.75+ JEE Main mark x 0.25.
    Hence, in SASTRA 12th marks are having great weightage(75%) over JEE-Main marks. So if you have a good score in 12th then your chances are very bright.
