I got 73% in 12th, so can I get admission in Delhi College of Arts and Commerce?

I think no because last year in 2017 cut off touch only 94.5 something. Below is the link of last year cutoff of the college so you'll get little idea of 2018 cutoff : http://dcac.du.ac.in/Pages/Cutoff/sixth.php.
