You have not mentioned it but I think you are from general category. Right? JoSSA has announced cutoffs percentile for general category as 89.75. As your percentile is lesser than this, doors have closed for admission to any NIT's etc. I am afraid with this and also quite lesser percentage in 12th, there are very slim chances of getting admission in any engineering college in general and in CSE in particular. -
