Chances are good you can apply after that cutoff is decided when the application process is stopped.

Last year cut off for general category was around 80 percentile. This year cut off may have as slight variation. Final selection is based on your performance in gd& pi, other past academic records and also to your score in CAT/CMAT -
The cut-off is generally around 80%ile through CMAT. The cut-off may vary though. You can take a chance.
