I got 74% in Bihar board. I do not have 75% eligibility criteria but I am fulfilling top 20 percentile criteria. Can I go for an IIT?

Educational qualification:
Either 75% in Class 12 (65% for SC/ST/PwD) OR
Be in the top 20th percentile of your board for your category.
So, you were eligible if you qualified for the JEE Advanced
