I got 74.% in board exams. Can I get an NIT or an IIT after JEE Mains?

I have matched my answer key and scored above 150 in JEE but my boards percentage is 75%.

    You can apply for JEE Mains but not for JEE Advanced because your percentage is less than 75%, but JEE Mains 2018 exam got over on 5/4/18.
