I am doubtful of you getting NIT etc on the basis of these marks in JEE. There are many universities like Amity, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.

Hi,
With 27 marks in JEE-Mains, it would be tough to get a seat in NIT. But, you may get in :
-AMC Engineering College
-Amity University
-Tezpur University
-LNMIIT
