Marks in Borada exams are okay, but based on the marks of your JEE Mains, you won't get any NIT.

I think you can try once again if you really want to get admission in NITJ because your JEE marks are too low to consider.

Unfortunately you do not fulfill the eligibility criteria for admission in NIT Jamshedpur so you cannot get a seat there.
