I got 76 percentile in JEE Mains General category Himachal Pradesh. But can I get CSE in any collge other than NIT or IIIT with good ROI?

Please tryout the following colleges.
1. HPTU Hamirpur (50% seats filled through JEE Main)
2. JNGEC Sundernagar (50% seats filled through JEE Main)
3. RGGEC Kangra
4. JUIT Solan.
