I got 77% in CBSE boards and 67 marks in JEE Mains. Which college should I apply for B.tech in IT or C.sc(whichever I get)?

The options I have in front of me are RIET jaipur (affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University) and Amity university. Right now I have only applied to these two colleges and got the admission. My IP CET rank was 28,500 so I didn't register for counseling but now regret it. What should I do?
