I got 78% in 10th and I'm working hard for 11th and 12th. Will I be able to get in Singapore Management University?

    It's alright whatever marks you got in 10th standard but it's good that you are trying your best for 11th and 12th. You will get the admission for sure. https://www.smu.edu.sg/ you can visit the website too.
