I got 79% in 10th CBSE ,63% in 12th CBSE and 70% in graduation. Can I expect any old IIMs if I score more than 95% in CAT.

With 63% in class 12th you are just on the borderline of the cutoff and you will miss out on points for graduation. Hence to compensate for that you will need to score really well in CAT. 95 percentile will not do, you will have to score more than 99.5 to 99.7 percentile to get calls from old IIMs.
