I got 79% in boards and 43 marks in JEE. Will I be able to get LNMIIT?

Chances are very less, for getting admission in LNMIT, but still apply for it.

With those marks you cannot get into that institute. If you are interested in that institute only then I would suggest you dropping and going for JEE 2018.
