I got 8.8 CGPA in 10th, 67% in 12th and 62% in my B.Sc. What is the procedure to pursue PhD in maths from IITs?

If you just now cleared your higher secondary education level, you must prepare yourself for JEE Mains and Advanced exams, by well preparing and lot of mathematical skills you pursue your IIT seat.
If you finished your Bachelor's degree, you must prefer GATE exams.
