The eligibility criteria for B.Tech is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics, and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. LPUNEST will be exempted in case student has scored more than or equal to 90 percentile in JEE Mains or 90% aggregate marks in 10+2.

For admission on the basis of JEE Mains in phase II, the minimum cut-off for eligibility for B. tech programs in LPU is 80 percentile. So, yes, you are eligible to take admission based on that.
