I got 80% in 12th and 108 in NATA. I am from Delhi general category, can I get admission in IPU colleges like Vastu Kala and MBS?

    Yes, you can just try for the counselling. It is difficult to say for IP but you will definitely get a seat in Vaastu Kala.
