As per as the new rule is concerned there is no need of intermediate of 12 score. According to previous year cut off , your predicted rank will be around 15k

For finding your rank in her Mains, your percentile should be known. So, firstly, provide your percentile. See, there is no weightage of 12 percentage but you should have at least 75% in 12 for eligible for giving JEE advance.

For calculating your rank, you should consider the percentile provided by NTA. And use the rank formula given in NTA brochure.
