Hello Hrithik, Yes, you can get Amity University. I am not sure about the CSE branch but you can easily get other branches.

Yes, you just have to go through the amity entrance exam which is for engineering and believe it is much easier and only basic questions are being asked. So, yes, Amity University would surely be a good option.
