I got 81.96 percentile in CAT, 91.3 in 12th, 82% in B.Tech from gitam University, 92 in 10th. What are my chances of getting?

You have fair chances of getting selected in welingkar if you do your gd well.

You have reasonably good chances of getting through. The cut off although not specifically mentioned is somewhere between 80-85%.
