I got 81% in 12th from CBSE and belong to OBC and outside Delhi. Can I get any good college in DU for mass communication?

    According to the admission process candidates are selected on the basis of entrance exam and then merit screening. There are particular no of seats available for students of OBC outside Delhi. Therefore it all depends on the cut-off lists revealed by the colleges for the same.
