I got 81%in JEE Main exam and in ssc I got 89% so can I get any NIT.

You will get a NIT or good college if you belong to a SC/ST category.

No, it is not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs with 81 percentile in JEE Mains. You have to go for private colleges and use college predictor tool to know in which college you are eligible to apply, https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
