if you r from reserved category u have chances.but from general category there are no chances for a 86-88 percentile. so 81 is out of the way for general category students

You can try in Shraddhanand College (it's average + good faculty + less merit is announced by this college) although 81 is less for B.Com but you must try. Wait for 8-9th cut off.

If you belong to general category, then it is not possible to get admission in DU for B.Com. But, if you belong to some reserved category, then you easily get admission in campus colleges.

For a candidate of General Category, it is next to impossible to get into a University of Delhi college, since B.Com halls under popular courses in DU and hence the cut-offs are always high. But if you are a girl you might get into Aditi Mahavidhyalaya or Bhagini Nivedita. (But it no sure as well).

What if my board is different?

If you are from general category then there are no or tough chances for you to get admission in Delhi university. Do apply in arts courses as well.

What do you mean bogus colleges? I know 81% is not sufficient for B.com in DU but calling any college of DU bogus is disrespectful. Check out cutoffs of DU 2016 they are so high even for the off campus colleges. Keep yourself updated sir.
