I got 82%in paper-2 and I got rank 14568 in obc candidate I got 90% in 12th can I get government college.

I f so what is the process should I follow.

On the basis of your JEE rank, you can't get any government college. However, there is still hope for you to get a government college but for this, you have to clear and get a good rank in state government institute.
