    You won't get a seat in EEE but you can get in production, civil, chemical, metallurgy and ICE departments.

    You probably cannot get EEE in NIT, Tirchy but you can get production engineering, metallurgical engineering, civil engineering or chemical engineering.
    You have so many other good NIT options like MANIT,MNIT, NIT Allahabad.
