I got 83.32 percentile in JEE Mains, so what are NIT colleges should I prefer to put them in councilling.

Firstly congratulations regarding the score getting the score itself isn't important even counselling process also matters a lot. Firstly keep top colleges first there will be no problem regarding it since we can keep as many as we want in the list and then proceed in the decreasing order of college
