I got 84 marks and 25000 rank in COMEDK. Can I get a seat in RVCOE or BMSCE for civil engineering?

Hello Jagdish,
25000 is a very high rank to get RV or BMS for any branch. Even you are not eligible for Sir M VIT and BIT in this rank.
