Yes, you can get admission in this college but in the 4th or in the 5th cutoff.

Chances are very less of getting B.Com (Hons) in Deshbandu College with this percentage.

The general rank cutoff is 95%, so if you are from general category than it will be very difficult, but the SC , ST and OBC is low if you are in that category, then you can easily get admission. All the best.
