The best law college in India is NLSIU Bangalore then all other NLUS follow. NLUS except NLU-Delhi take admission through CLAT and NLUD takes admission through AILET. Other universities like BHU, JMI, AMU, ILI, GGSIPU, NMIMS, GLC-Mumbai are also good all these provide 5 year law through their own ex

Yes as I have mentioned about the other universities, they conduct their own entrance exam which is not CLAT.
