I got 85 percentile in JEE Mains and I am obc did I get CS branch in NIT Bhopal.

No, you cannot get CSE branch in any of the NITs with 85 percentile. But, as per as your caste category you can get any other branch depending on the cutoff in any NIT.

No chance in the CS branch in any NIT with this percentile.

Your predicted JEE Main rank is about 159121. While the last year closing rank in B.Tech CSE at NIT Bhopal in asked category for neutral gender under HS quota was 14893. Hence, your chances are very less here.
