I got 86.25 % in boards and my jee rank is 4lakh around and in obc 1lakh around so am i eligible for this college

No, the maximum cutoff for female in OBC category at IET DAVV is 60000. You will have to move to other colleges with your OBC rank as it would not be possible for you to get IET DAVV.
