I got 86.87 percentile In JEE Mains and 910 in ipe can I get mechanical?

Yes, you have a chance to get mechanical in SASTRA. Generally score around 85-90 percentile is good enough to get a seat in SASTRA but getting CSE/IT will be bit difficult.
