I got 86% in 12th and am doing a course Management Information System. Can I get a regular college in DU? How do I manage my timetable?

The different courses offered at DU have varying course fees. Candidates can pay the DU fee for the course they have chosen given that they are accepted through the DU admission process. The course fee ranges from INR 180 - 5,40,000.
