I got 86% in Telangana state intermediate. Will I get a seat in Sastra university?

Your percentage is not bad but it is not enough to get a seat at SASTRA University. You would have some chances if you have a score like 50/360 in JEE Mains.
Try in the counselling. If you have appeared for JEE Mains then you may get a seat.
