With this rank, I don't think you will be able to get a decent college, but there is another way as well, by management quota, you can get CSE in top engineering colleges of Bengal such as Techno India, Heritage and IEM. But for this, one has to pay more than 8-10 lakh rupees.

Frankly speaking, you will not get any decent college. If you don't have any issues regarding the stream, then there is a chance of getting mid-range colleges. I am giving you a link by which you will able to see which colleges you can get:
