I got 87.4% in JEE Mains and 90% in board exams. What options do I have? I am from Uttar Pradesh.

You should appear in JEE counseling and select list of colleges wisely. Include HBTU and Some good private colleges also. And, if you had given some other entrance exams. You should appear in their counseling too. -
Congratulations on scoring a very good marks in your class 12th, and also in the JEE Mains. You have a lot of options you will get a good government college you just have to wait for the opportunities and always look for the applications form that are coming out on the daily basis.
