Hlo Vatsal, your marks are very good. You will definitely get a very good college. For bsc biotechnology, you should apply for DU, JNU Jaipur. You can also apply for NIT Warnagal, I IT (Kanpur, Roorkee, Guwahati).These institutions provide good education for biotechnology. Other good colleges in

Dear vatsal, You have scored good marks in your 12th standard. I don't have idea about Government colleges for Biotechnology course. There are some Good private Universities which provides quality education, good placements, etc. I would say Lovely Professional University is best for pursuing B.Sc.
