I got 87 marks in cmat And complete graduate with 71% . So is there any chance to get admission in MBA NRMBA?

Yes, definitely you will get the admission in NRMBA not sure about 1st round but in the 2nd round you will definitely get the admission. -

As you have scored 87 marks in CMAT, so it will be difficult for you to get admission in NRMBA for MBA courses. Still, you should give a try and participate in counselling.
