I got 87 percentile in JEE Mains and 9.28 percentage in 10+2 can I get a seat in sastra.

Something is missing in your query. You could not have passed your class 12th with just 9.28% marks. It must be points grading. Okay. You seems to be in a very good position to secure admission in SASTRA. This is so since with 75% weightage to class 12th & only 25% to JEE Mains, your ranking will be up. Best wishes to you.
