I got 88.28 percentile in JEE Mains. Can I get CSE in any up government. Colleges like hbtu iet and knit.

Yes you have fairly good chances of getting a seat At your preferred college. Nothing can be exactly predicted about the branch but the chances are bit low of getting into the CSE branch. With this score of yours you can even get into the NITs or IIITs of your home state or others too but it might take almost last rounds of counseling.
