I got 88.33% average in class 12th Science. Which course/college should I apply for, if I am looking forward to doing M.Sc Biotech abroad?
The average mentioned is of biology, physics, and chemistry. In English, I got 88%.

You can do B.Tech or B.Sc Biotechnology. You also should understand industrial biotechnology and Science subjects on pathology and microbiology. They are totally different field. As you wanted M.Sc Biotech, see the details and then select the course.
