All Iims have different criteria, you may not be able to apply to IIMA, Kozhikode, Shillong and even the newer Rohtak, rest may still take you. But more importantly, you must be eligible as per the graduation score and your CAT result. On the other note, some dynamic private players like LPU which is also ranked among top 50 B-Schools in the country by NIRF has tweaked its selection criteria, the eligibility this year has been increased to 55% in graduation and the entrance test has been done away with. A rigorous personal interview which is being held online is the flavor of the season. But for the MBA programme in collaboration with

Admission to the Indian Institutes of Management (Iims) is highly competitive, and the selection process involves several factors, including academic performance, work experience, and performance in the Common Admission Test (CAT). While academic performance is an important factor in the selection process, it is not the only factor. The Iims also take into account the overall profile of the candidate, including work experience, extracurricular activities, and performance in the CAT. That being said, a 54% percentage in 12th may be a bit low to meet the minimum eligibility criteria for some of the Iims, which usually require a minimum o

Unless you have some kind of reservation, chances look slim. But, you should try getting a higher percentile in CAT to get into other good colleges. Every IIM gives different percentage of weightage to academics. Old IIMS give more weightage to academics as compare to new or the newest IIMS.

Every institute has a different criteria which one should qualify to apply for admissions. I am aware about the criteria at Lovely professional University I. e. here at LPU there are various programmes for which you can apply based on your 12th percentages. Your 10th percentages can lead to a good amount of scholarship. Lovely professional university being the largest Private University in India having 30000+ students studying in more than 200+ courses, which includes 6000+ international students from 70+ countries from all around the world. Yes, you stand a chance of call from IIMS. Especially new IIMS and IIM C. But, for this you have to score extremely well in CAT (at least 95+).

You might face some trouble because of your marks. Try and get good percentile in CAT exam. New IIMs may call you if you have good percentile. I don't think you can get a call from old IIMs.
