If you are in some sort of reservation you can absolutely get the scholarship. But to get a free seat in engineering you have to get a good rank and also for fee reimbursement you have to get below 10000 rank or else you should be an SC or ST in case of AP.

    Hi,
    How are you?
You may prefer Shiksha college predictor.
In our country, people truly believe on IITs and NITs for B.Tech and placement.
But, due to downfall, these are also losing its position.
Apart from these, some private college are BITS, SRM, NIRMA, VIT, SKIT Jaipur, UPES Dehradun and LPU are getting higher value.
Well, there, you may get good environment.
A peaceful decorum and high placement records
    Thanks for asking.
    All the best.

Yes, you can get merit scholarship at Anand International College of Engineering, Jaipur. There, you will get 100% tuition fee waiver.
It is a very good college and has many international features like VIT, Vellore and few IITs.

There are many colleges which provide scholarship on the basis of 12th merit such as Purnima University, Sharda University, etc. The AKTU or UPTU colleges also provide fee waiver seats.
