I got 88% in class 12th & 77 marks in JEE Mains. Can I get scholarship to pursue B.Tech in a private college?

However you still have a chance to improve your scholarship by 10% by writing LPU NEST and perform on your best. For the maximum scholarship benefits you should take admission as soon as possible.

Lovely Professional University believes in the fact that money should not be a constraint for a student to pursue his choice of studies. Scholarship can be availed in the various courses offered by LPU. LPU offers scholarship on the various categories :- The first and foremost category is that a student can avail the scholarship on the basis of his/her previous qualification or previous to previous qualification which should be minimum of 70 percentage. For instance if a student is applying for a Bachelors degree, LPU will be considering the 12th marks or 10th marks whichever will be higher. LPU conducts Lovely professional university national entrance and scholarship test LPU NEST on the basis of which student can enhance their scholarship. Some national level tests like JEE Mains, NATA NEET UCEED CAT XAT MAT CMAT NMAT GPAT GATE etc. Performance on the basis of sports, cultural or co-curricular activities. Board Toppers For Orphan students or person with certain disabilities Defence personnel and central armed police forces (CAPF) dependents From all the above mentioned whichever is higher that will be applicable. The fees structure depends upon the scholarship applicable, as the scholarship amount is reduced from the fee of every semester. For B.Tech Computer Science programme the fee per semester is 98000 from which the scholarship amount will be reduced every semester.

As per LP {U policy you can avail scholarship of 30-35% bracket with 88%, however, you can avail better scholarship if you give the LPU NEST exam and score well in LPU NEST. You can waive off up to 90% of fees.
