I got 88% in class 12th (CBSE) and scored 71 marks in JEE Mains. What should I do?
I was not well so I couldn't fill any form.

Do not worry. Ask yourself a question, with such low marks in JEE Mains, is it worth going for engineering? I would advise you to look for commerce or humanities and then go for MBA or specialised PG diploma.
