I got 88 percentile in jee mains and I got 88 percent in 12 rbse.can I got admission in lmniit with brance CE or electrical??

With this percentile, there is not a very good chance. For safer side, you have at least 92 percentile.

12th percentage does not play any role in admission except eligibility. LNMIIT has never given admission below Mains general cut-off, so it will be hard for you to get admission.
