I got 89.75 in CLAT and 4979 rank. Will I get into NMIMS?

It seems that your chances are very bleak as under 4k rank, there exists some probability of getting in but with this rank the chances are a little less but if you can then wait for the 2nd list.

Hey, I've got 91.23% in 12th. So, considering that, are there chances because I heard somewhere that NMIMS considers both 12th and CLAT marks and I've got 89.75 score and 4979 rank.
