I got 89% in 12th boards and got 40 marks in JEE Mains. Can I get admission in Mumbai for B.Tech colleges?

I would suggest you to directly consult the colleges for admissions through on-campus procedures (management quota is different) as getting a college through online counselling is not possible. Also, try for admissions into private universities who have their entrances too. Best of luck.

You can apply to private college based on PCM marks.

It is difficult to get admission in a government college if your JEE marks are 40 but you can try for private colleges.
