Chances are less actually. In CSE seats get filled pretty soon but once you get into college you can easily change your branch to CSE.
Just have good CGPA & some extra money have to be paid to get into it.

With these marks there are very few chances of getting admission in BMS for CSE. You can go for management quota or any other branches if you have preferred this college. So all the best for future.
