With this rank in JEE-Mains, it would be tough to get a seat in NIT. But, you may try in :
-Dr.M.G.R. Educational And Research Institute
-The LNM Institute of Information Technology
-Amity University
-LNMIIT
-KIIT
-Tezpur University

You can try for it however don't join any course. It can harm your career badly. Join in any other university and try next year with better practice. Best of Luck.
